Hub Members / Collaborators

These are the people invited to help manage a hub.

NOTE  Only people within the hub, can access its information. Every collaborator in the hub has access to the same information, including documents. Be mindful of who you invite into your hubs.

Within your Hub, locate the left navigation bar.

  • Click on the Dashboard icon.

  • Find Hub Members along the right hand side.
  • Click Directory.

NOTE  As you invite collaborators into your Hubs, those users will automatically be added to your Contacts page.

Invite a Collaborator

  1. From the Directory, click the plus sign in the upper right hand corner.

  2. A pop up will appear. Fill in each field and assign the person a role for this specific hub.

  3. When you have finished adding collaborators, click Send Invitations.
  4. They will receive an email invitation. Once they open the invitation and accept, you’ll be able to collaborate securely within the hub!

Resend or Revoke a Collaborator’s Invitation

  1. From the Directory, click on the Settings gear icon.

    1. This opens a new browser window and takes you to the Hub Settings.
  2. Click Invitations near the top of the screen.

  3. Locate the person you would like to re-invite or un-invite.
  4. Click on the 3 dots to the far right of the person's name.

  5. Click Resend Invitation or Revoke Invitation.
    1. If you Resend the invitation, the person will receive another email.
    2. If you Revoke the invitation, the person will still receive the original invitation email. However, they won’t be able to use the link to join your hub.

Remove a Collaborator

  1. From the Directory, click on the Settings gear icon.

  2. Locate the person you would like to remove.
  3. Click on the X to the far right of the person's name.

A pop up will appear. Click Remove if you wish to continue.

Change Permissions for a Collaborator

  1. From the Directory, click on the Settings gear icon.

  2. Locate the person you would like to update.
  3. Under Membership, select whether you would like the person to be an Administrator or a Full Member.
    1. Being a Full Member means they have access to everything within the Hub but cannot change some Hub Settings. In order to make certain changes within a Hub, the collaborator must be the Hub Owner or a Hub Administrator.

Change Role for a Collaborator

  1. From the Directory, click on the Settings gear icon.

  2. Locate the person you would like to update.
  3. Under ROLE, select the appropriate choice.

Find a Collaborator’s Contact Information

  1. From the Directory, click on the person’s name.
  2. There you will find the person’s contact and organization information.
